Refund policy
Wrong Item
If the wrong item is shipped, we will replace that item.
Damaged Item
If an item is damaged during shipment, we will strive our best to make it right. In most cases, we will replace the item if the damage can be clearly seen.
Lost Item
If an item is lost by the post office or shipping company, we will strive our best to make it right. In most cases, we will replace the lost item.
Product Size
If the actual product is more than two inches shorter/longer/wider/smaller than what is stated in size chart, we will replace the item.
Please note that some variation in color and size may occur during production of the item (ie colors may look brighter or apparel may be 1-2 inches shorter/longer/wider/smaller than the announced size chart) In most cases, these variations would not qualify for replacement.
Missing Item
In most cases if the order includes two or more items but the package received contains less than the actual order quantity, we will send the missing item ASAP. If a refund is requested, we will send a refund for the missing item and the shipping cost (if applicable).
Claims

Claims must be submitted within 60 days from the fulfillment of the order. We can't resolve any claim on orders that were fulfilled over 60 days.
Please include the following information when placing return or refund requests:
Order Number
Your Full Name
Shipping Address
Please include a detailed explanation/description of the issue so that we can process the claim.
If the item sent is damaged please include a video or photo of the item showing/describing the damage.
If the item sent is wrong, please include a video or photo of the item received and include in the email what item should have been sent.
